1. Standard Cancellation

We understand that plans change. To provide the best service to all our customers and respect our drivers' time, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Free Cancellation (12+ Hours Notice)

If you cancel your reservation 12 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time, there is no cancellation fee.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

If you cancel your reservation less than 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.

This fee helps cover the cost of reserved vehicle time and driver scheduling.

3. No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when our driver arrives at the scheduled pickup location at the confirmed time and the passenger:

  • Does not appear at the pickup location
  • Cannot be reached by phone after multiple attempts
  • Does not respond within the complimentary wait time period

In the event of a no-show, the full fare for the scheduled ride will be charged.

4. Wait Time Allowance

Before a ride is considered a no-show, we provide the following complimentary wait times:

Domestic Flight Arrivals

1 hour complimentary wait time from flight landing. After 1 hour, a fee of $1 per minute will be charged.

International Flight Arrivals

2 hours complimentary wait time from flight landing (to account for customs and immigration). After 2 hours, a fee of $1 per minute will be charged.

All Other Pickups

15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

Our driver will attempt to contact you during this wait period. If we cannot reach you and you do not appear, the ride will be marked as a no-show.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:

Please have your confirmation number ready when contacting us. Cancellations are processed during business hours (6 AM - 10 PM EST).

6. Modifications

Need to change your pickup time or location? We're happy to accommodate modifications when possible:

  • 12+ hours before: Free modifications (subject to availability)
  • Less than 12 hours: Modifications may be possible but not guaranteed
  • Significant route changes may affect pricing

7. Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. In the following situations, cancellation fees may be waived:

  • Flight cancellation: If your flight is cancelled by the airline, no fee will be charged
  • Significant flight delays: Major delays that make your reservation no longer viable
  • Medical emergencies: Documented medical emergencies preventing travel
  • Severe weather: Airport closures or travel advisories due to weather conditions
  • Other extraordinary circumstances: Events beyond your reasonable control

Please contact us as soon as possible with any documentation (airline notifications, medical notes, etc.) to request a fee waiver. All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
